Long time no post! For quite awhile, I could not use my blog because my computer's operating system had become out-dated. I finally upgraded, so I'm back! We have some catching-up to do!
Here are today's offerings, using 2 of my newer images from a set called "Bee Happy". It is found at Whimsy HERE. Be sure to check out the fun Release Party going on at the Whimsy page on Facebook. Denise (owner of Whimsy Stamps) has several ways to get in on some chances to win freebies and shopping coupons to the store. Here's your link to all the fun: July 2016 Release PartyThanks for popping by!
For a limited time, I am running a promotion on my Facebook page, Crissy Armstrong. If you join my page (by hitting the "like" button) you will be able to post cards there. And if you post ten cards you made featuring my Whimsy Rubber Stamp images, I will reward you! If you do all that, I'll let you choose one of my rubber stamp images from Whimsy, and I'll mail it to you for free! Getting a free stamp is within your power. What are you waiting for? Go get creative!! :-D
Hi Peeps, another Christmas card to share. I used "Hopping Raccoon" which is currently on sale at Whimsy! It isn't a Christmas image but by adding the red santa hat and colouring the pogo stick like a candy cane, I was able to turn it into a Christmas image! I coloured it with Copics. Here is a link to the Whimsy catalogue where you can find this rubber stamp: Hopping Raccoon
Here's one of my Christmas cards so far. I stamped "Penguins Carry The Tree" onto hot press water colour paper with Versafine Onyx Black ink. I let the ink dry, then painted with Twinkling H2O's. I used Snow Tex (from Michael's) for the snow, then while it was still wet I added Twinklets Diamond Dust (crushed glass). Thanks for lookin!
2) You can grab a freebie image from me, "Penguin Santa Claus"
Here is what the Christmas Pup stamp could look like, once it is all coloured up:
It comes with a sentiment and the paw print stamp too!
I drew a little Penguin Santa Claus image in black and white, and I would like to offer a digital copy of that image to you, free of charge, just to say "thank-you for supporting me and Whimsy Stamps throughout the year." I printed it, coloured it up with my Copic markers, and used it on a card, just to show you the possibilities:
If you wish to get in on the draw for Pup In Stockings rubber stamp, just add your name to the Inlinkz thingy at the bottom of this post.

It can be found HERE. You must join the page in order to grab it though! This freebie is a limited time offer and it will no longer be available after December 31, so don't miss it!

I love to draw and make cards and share those creations here. I also love to do video or still picture tutorials whenever I can.
Right now I am drawing illustrations for Whimsy Stamps which they sell as rubber stamp images, mostly to people who make hand made cards, but also to scrapbookers and other paper crafters. I work from home in lovely Canada where I live with my husband Mike and our cutie pie dog Spitfire. Jesus Christ is my Lord and Saviour and I live to love Him. He is the Master Artist; all I have to do is look into my husband's eyes, or my kids faces to see some of His best work. I hope you have a pleasant visit here, and perhaps find some inspiration. Thanks for stopping by!
